Can I order more then one flavor in a dozen ?

[Unfortunately at this time a minimum of a dozen per flavor is required.  Example A: 4 dozen order can have up to 4 different flavors.]

Do you do custom decorations or writing on cupcakes?

[Yes, we specialize in custom designs and will work with you to make our cupcakes compliment any event or occasion you have planned.  Please be sure to include any special requests in your order.]

Do you use dairy in your cupcakes?

[Yes, there is at the very least eggs, butter and milk in most cupcakes.  If you have an allergy to dairy we recommend you do not consume any Capital Cupcakes.]

Do your cupcakes contain nuts?

[Yes, in some cupcakes nuts are part of the ingredients.  Since we do use nuts in some of our recipes and therefore can not bake in a nut free environment it is advised you do not consume any Capital Cupcakes if you have a nut allergy.]

How long do your cupcakes last?

[All cupcakes are hand made from scratch and use the finest ingredients with NO preservatives.  Cupcakes are baked within 24 hours of your event and should be enjoyed immediately.  If you need to keep your cupcakes longer we suggest you store them in an air tight container which can extend their freshness up to 2 days. Do not put your cupcakes in the refrigerator; this will cause them to dry out.]
